Ban or Tax Infomercials Advertisments

This petition is against infomercials on any channel being advertised. Many infomercials are scams and also offer poor quality products. The clear targets for these advertisements are people that are gullible to believing in easy money, such as senior citizens, teenagers, or low class people. This is the indecent rich praying on the poor for hopes of making easy money, because everyone in America wants things to be easy. Remember you must work hard and think smart to get ahead in the world, both financially and physically. Infomercials should be banned or heavily taxed for false advertisement. Anything Infomercial that states, "But wait there's more", "Limited TV Offer", "While Supplies Last", "Special Offer", "Free Bonus Gifts", "Free Shipping", "Only Five Minutes Left", "As seen on TV", should be prohibited. If you have a good product it does not need to be in an infomercial.

Infomercials should only remain on the air with validation through several different consumer reports testing to verify the results of what they are saying is actually true. In which 97% of this garbage would not make it on to the air.
