Neopets Beauty Contest

Due to the large amounts of art theft in the Neopets Beauty Contest, we, the undersigned, are requesting that action be taken. Whether this is by filtering the applicants, or by shutting the contest down entirely, we request that action be made. Art theft is a very serious crime, yet Neopets uses do not seem to realize that. Every week artists are forced to go onto the Neopets site and scan this contest for stolen artwork; this should not be the case. We, as artists, should not have to go onto the site to check for our own work due to a contest that regularly has it within.
Each week are multiple submissions of the same picture and when investigated, none of the users are the actual artist. Why isn't the staff working against this? Why is it up to the artists and their fans to report this to them. It isn't right and it should be taken care of!
