We the undersigned want an end to the abuse of children by the courts.



A court watch program must be implemented to record and document exactly what is happening in the courts where children are involved.



Judges need to be more accountable and should err on the side of caution when making decisions about victims of abuse, especially when the victim is a child.



Funds must be made available for non-biased child evaluators and attorneys for those without funds.



Victims of domestic violence should be allowed to have the support of an advocate at their side when they go to court.
