As a usual player of Counter Strike:Source, i debate myself everyday with houndreds of sound and models downloads so i can play on the servers. These most of the time don't even get to be used by no-one. So for the people who have a bandwith limit this can be an obstacule to play.

Valve as aldready found a solution to the problem. A simple select menu in with you choose if you want to download custom server files or not. But they don't apply it to their's most played game. As for it this petition want's to bring their attention to this problem.
