Petition against eBay objective and theme

I have HATED eBay from the start! Now it seems that there is a fee for listings. How come such a lousy website now is payable to list items? Previously, I could not already make any profit from the sale of my items, and now a fee has to be imposed on selling my goods. It is so difficult to even get your wares noticed or sold unless you offer cheap prices. How can listing fees be implemented and now I even have to pay before I even get back any money from the sale of my items? Who would pay for such listing fees unless they were companies trying to list their products as individuals listing their wares? There are so many shops listing their products, but I thought in the first place that eBay was more for individuals who wanted to offer their second-hand items for sale?

Also, I previosuly compalained to the management about being cheated with the purchase of a certain product, but the management took no action on their part at all. The customer service is lousy, and I cannot even find the page to write to them feedback or compaints. The whole concept doesn't work because eBay is supposed to be a site for second hand products that come cheaper. However it is now infiltrated with extremely expensive products that one is not sure whether they are second hand in the first place or not. I have had so much difficulty with eBay where every transaction except the sales of my own wares are cases of fraud. I buy everything too expensively and I might as well purchase it first-hand from the store since the prices of the second-hand goods are too high. It is seemingly a website with a failed objective and theme.
