Complaint against Apple for especially lousy product quality

Dear Apple,
with regards to your iPod series of music players, I have never encountered quality that is more defective or appalling. The iPod looked so new and expensive, and it was so expensive, but the sound quality, which is the most important feature, feels like something from an AM/FM low quality portable radio. How in the world do you manage to manufacture products that sound like old China stereos with and inferior lousy sound quality? I could not figure out how to operate the iPod for 2 hours at the start. Has it occurred to you that I sometimes think of returning the iPod and exchanging it for a full refund? Would you care to offer me a full refund? How would you feel if you were obviously cheated into buying an inferior-quality product? And there is no where to complain at all! I totally regret having an iPod and hope that you will close down instead of cheating people in the future of their precious cash. Furthermore, I have no idea how to navigate Apple iTunes and the store would not take my card at all. I have no idea why. Please refrain from selling audio products if you do not have any company experience in doing so.
