Petition against the smart parts monopoly

This petition is opposing Smart Parts' actions. They are trying to take over the paintball business. Us ,the players, will be directly affected, any gun with an electronic switch is, according to smart parts, in violation of their patent. If SP continues their action they will be able to charge 50-75 dollars for every unit sold. That means prices go up. We don't want this. This will also directly affect the development of our sport. Many companies could have patented great,paintball-related products and ideas, but they didn't. We need to show SP that we care about our sport and that they should too. Sign this , and send a message to them. This is not meant to bad mouth smart parts, it is meant to show them what we think.
