SQL Server 2005 Database Diagram

To:  Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / VS 2005 Teams

The database diagram that is part of the current versions of Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio will supposedly not be included in SQL Server 2005 or Visual Studio 2005. The database diagram is a valuable tool that database developers have come to rely on. Not only does it expedite database design and implementation, but it doubles as a very useful software engineering artifact. The diagram can provide an overall picture of a database thereby eliminating, in most cases, the need to maintain an external database diagram.

Please include the database diagram in the final release of SQL Server 2005 and/or Visual Studio 2005!
