Stop the Elmwood Village Hotel development

Savarino Construction Services Corporation is proposing the development. Hans Mobius is the owner of the properties to be demolished. Also, ANYONE CAN sign this petition.

This is a petition to stop the development of the Elmwood Village Hotel that is proposed to be built on Forest Ave. and Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo, New York.
Hans Mobius, owner of five buildings (1109 to 1121 Elmwood Ave.) is proposing a $7 million dollar hotel to be built on this intersection. In order for this development to proceed, several businesses must either close or relocate, and the homes and buinesses that now stand there will be demolished. This includes; Don Apparel, H.O.D Tattoo, Skunk Tail Glass and Mondo Video.
These demolitions cannot be allowed to happen. Please sign your name to support the blocking of this proposal and its development.
