I Saurabh Malhotra, on behalf of my fans group SachinTendulkarFans (6000+ members as of now) would like to request Sachin Tendulkar to please reconsider his decision to skip the T20 world cup in England to be held in June. We realise he thinks about the team first and wants to give chances to younger players, but we also want him to ensure the World Cup title which India won in 2007 in South Africa stays with us. Sachin Tendulkar has played some of the best cricket of his life in the last two years & his performance in IPL for Mumbai Indians has been nothing short of inspiring. He has shown his ability to control the innings during his stay at the wicket better than any opener in the IPL.

Whoever said T20 is a young man`s game has been proved wrong in IPL, and many legends are performing better than the younger players in testing conditions, similar to what we will face in England. We need experience & stability at the top of the order and theres nobody better than Sachin Tendulkar to provide that. We are requesting the legend to reconsider his decision and help the team retain the world champions title in England.
