I support the passage of legislation in the 108th Congress for the repeal of Social Security Government Pension Offset (GPO) and Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) as stated in House Bill HR 594 introduced by Congressmen McKeon/Berman and it's companion Senate Bill S 349 introduced by Senator Feinstein.
