No to DB Ferry Service Proposal

We, the undersigned members of the Discovery Bay community, strongly object to the HKRI DB ferry service proposal. We view the HKRI proposal, that is fare increases, timetable restructuring and service policy as fundamentally inconsistent and incompatible with open market competition, consumer welfare and the general spirit of Hong Kong as being the world's freest economy.
