Stop the Sale of Wolves at eBay

It has come to my attention that ebay has allowed auctions of wolf pelts and wolf carcasses. Yet, on your Safe Harbor page states that you prohibit the auction of endangered species. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Division of Endangered Species lists both the gray wolf (Canis lupus) and the red wolf (Canis rufus) as endangered species. The wolf is extinct in many parts of the world, and also known as a protected species.


I believe that you are in violation of your own policy by ignoring these auctions and allowing them to continue. Therefore, I am boycotting your services until your company prohibits and bans these types of auctions.


**We, the undersigned, agree with the above letter and ask ebay to change their policy so that the sale of endangered species regardless of the locality of the seller becomes prohibited on ebay.
