Check Sexual Predators Homes

In the case of Anthony Sowell there was a bad smell reported around his home for YEARS and he was a registered sex offender and yet the police could not search his home because of the current laws. Therefore more women were killed. Too many times sexual offenders repeat their crimes and often take it to the next level by not only raping women and children but also killing them. This petition simply states that the laws in every state in America need to be changed. Not only should these sexual predators have to register there address but they also should have to surrender their rights to the fourth amendment which states...

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. "

Once they have been convicted of a sexual crime the authorities would be allowed to search their homes without notice and/or be required to wear a tracking device. If we cannot keep them behind bars we need to keep a closer eye on them. Please sign this petition and help me make our communities a safer place to live.
