Nós, fãs brasileiros da banda Sonic Youth, estamos elaborando essa petição com o objetivo de trazer a banda de volta para se apresentar aqui no Brasil.


O número de fãs brasileiros da banda é bem considerável, por exemplo na comunidade do orkut, existe 2 comunidades da banda, uma que tem total de membros que já passa de 10.000, e a outra que já passa de 6.000. Existem também outros meios de midia que os brasileiros estão acessando e se cadastrando para terem noticias, verem fotos, shows ou terem algum tipo de contato com a banda, tais como o myspace,lastfm e o próprio site do Sonic Youth.


Devido a essa série de fatores, nós queremos muito um show do Sonic Youth aqui,por que acreditamos que terá um público bem considerável e que valerá muito a pena, tanto para os fãs, quanto para a banda e para a gravadora.


Decidimos fazer essa petição e mandar oficialmente para a atual gravadora da banda, a Matador Records, para que possamos ser notados e quem sabe fazer a diferença e conseguir trazer o Sonic Youth. Quanto mais assinaturas conseguirmos mais seriamente eles avaliarão.



Por isso conto com todas as pessoas que curtem essa maravilhosa banda, para que possamos traze-la de volta ao Brasil, ASSINE!



We, Sonic Youth brazilian fans, are creating this petition so that we can bring the band to play come back a concert here in Brazil.


The number of Brazilian fans of the band is well considerable, for example in the community of orkut, it exists 2 communities of the band, one that total of members has that already passes of 10.000, and to that already passes of 6.000.
