TwitPic User Blocking Ability

This petition is to be signed by those who are in favor of granting TwitPic.com users (a site related to Twitter.com) the ability to report abuse and, most importantly, block messages from other users who have posted malicious, unwarranted and inappropriate messages. This can protect user's privacy and decrease the rate of cyber bullying occuring on the internet through social networking sites.
