Let's save anime forever!!!!!

To:  President Bush

I've seen many petitions against anime and want to ban it from America.I want to say,ANIME IS NOT BAD FOR AMERICA! I want to reinforce my statement with a few points. I ask of all you people(especially you anime haters) to take your time to read my three main points.

1. You say anime is bad because you state that it is not suitable for young children. Well not all anime is like that. Most anime in fact are made for young viewers. ex: Cardcaptors Sakura, Pokemon, Digimon, Tokyo Mew Mew, Yu Gi Oh, as well as anime that are not seen on Television. Such as Dream Saga, Di Gi Charat, Kodomo No Omocha(Child's Toy a tv comedy based on children controlling adults), Angelic Layer, Clamp School Detectives, B.B Explosion(an anime that is based on America's "American Idol", and much, much, much, more anime!

2. If you ban anime what will the kids watch? Teletubbies(however you spell it)? PBS? Psh...don't make me laugh. If you ban anime, most kids will turn on the television and try to watch some cartoons. These cartoons are more explict and has more violence than anime does. Also, these cartoons don't have any meaning in them! Anime always has a moral issue and has a lesson in the end. In addition, most parents make they're children watch the news. But when kids watch the news, they see all the horrible things happening to the world. Such as the war in Iraq, all these murder and kidnappings. Would parents rather children to watch such bloodshed? I think not!

3. More than 50% of america's viewers actually WATCH ANIME!(ME INCLUDED). In some petitions, people state that our so called "President Bush" wants to ban anime. Well, if he does actually decides to do that(psh as if he would...he would care more about destroying this white man's world than ban our beloved anime), then he would be going against his fellow Americans. That percentage of people who watch anime(me incuded) are actually A-N-I-M-E-F-A-N-S. We would riot if anime was to be taken from us. We would probably go on strike and make thousands of petitions to keep anime.

These are my main three points and I thank you for reading my petition statement. If you have taken these points to heart and you care about your fellow Americans as well as people who live in America and working our butts off for your fellow Americans(LIKE ME), then please sign this petition. This is a REAL petition so LET'S SAVE ANIME FOREVER!!!!
