We the undersigned urge all civilised leaders, governments and news editors to act urgently to their utmost ability to safe Tamils of Srilanka from genocide.

WE URGE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO BRING ECCONOMIC AND POLITICAL SANCTIONS AGAINST SRILANKA


UK has binding duty to solve Tamils problem in Srilanka because it was British colonial power created this problem by unifying Tamils home land with Srilanka.

In 1956 millions of Tamils were stripped of their citizenship in Sri Lanka and millions Tamil's were made second class citizens by Srilankan government by making Sinhalese as only official language, Buddhism as religion of state and not recognising Tamil's self determination.

1) Various political parties attempted to restore Tamils rights by parliamentary process but THAT WAS A FAILURE.

2 ) Various armed groups are trying to restore Tamils rights IT IS NOT SHOWING ANY RESULTS.

3 ) Peace negotiation initiated by international community came to an end by the MURDER OF CHIEF NEGOTIATOR of Tamils team by Srilankan government which received full support of other Sinhala polities.

Therefore it is urgent international community to act on this matter.
Because
******for more than 50 years, Sri Lankan governments have failed to solve Tamils grievances by parliamentary democracy.
*****for more than 30 years armed struggle has shown no results.
****now finally international mediation has been put to an end by Srilankan government by the murder of Tamils chief negotiator by Srilankan government.

It is time for civilised world community to intervene and impose a respectable solution to safe Tamils from genocide.

We urge Srilankan government to come forward with a internationally agreeable solution make it available to Tamils and international community.

Any delay in bringing up a viable solution to this problem will only lead to total genocide of Tamils in Srilankan and possible military rule in Sri Lanka.
