This petition is to allow the creator to pursue adoption for a white male English Bulldog puppy at Worldwide Puppies and Kittens located at 2560 Sunrise Highway in Bellmore, New York. The puppy was born on 11/20/2009, is white with spotting on his ears, and has a brown corkscrew tail. The puppy is deaf, and was issued an "Unfit for Purchase" certificate. Since his deafness is not curable, he is considered to be special needs.
