As dedicated Team Fortress 2 players, we enjoy and respect your attempts to revolutionize the PC multiplayer scene with concepts like Steam, constant updates, Server-side stats, and Achievements. However, as with all systems, there are flaws that must be addressed.

We request that Valve reintegrate and re-enable the Reset Stats feature.

Ever since Weapon Unlocks and Achievements have been introduced for the Medic and Pyro, different servers have modified their stat reporting to allow people to quickly unlock achievements and weapons. Unfortunately, many people have unknowingly entered these servers and accidentally boosted their Stats in a specific class. We feel that a Reset Stat button should be incorporated to allow those of us affected by this to remedy the situation. It would also allow the freedom for those who merely want to start over to do so.

Valve always touts itself as a company that listens to its fans and lets them play games the way they want to play them, so we are sure that our request for a Reset Stats feature will be met ASAP, continuing to prove why Valve is considered one of the leading developers in the industry.
