Time for a King

To:  Welland

Each year, teenage girls in Welland have the oppourtunity to run for Welland's Rose Queen. Even the young babies have a chance to run for Rose Prince and Rose Princess. So we have a court consisting of the Queen, 1st Princess, 2nd Princess, and the Rose Prince and Princess, but no King or 1st and 2nd Princes. So I believe it is the guy's time to shine, so let's start a Rose King competition.
