Dear Members of the International Council,

We, the undersigned, through this letter, protest against the changes in the proposed amendments to rule 10 of the International by Laws of the Theosophical Society.
Removing the privilege of the members to vote for International President of the Theosophical Society, will be an irresponsible violation of members rights.
