Release Thundarr The Barbarian On DVD

To:  AOL Time Warner Inc. and Cartoon Network

We, the undersigned, do hereby request of the management of AOL/Time Warner Inc. (NASDAQ: AOL) and their subsidiary, the Cartoon Network, that they authorize and arrange for the release of all 21 episodes of the Ruby-Spears cartoon series "Thundarr The Barbarian", to which they currently own the rights, on Digital Video Disc (DVD) so that the series may be preserved and enjoyed by future generations.

Online auction sites (such as Ebay and Yahoo! Auctions) currently feature bootleg VHS copies of the series on sale regularly, illustrating a clear, continuing demand amongst the fans.

We see the release of the series as a win-win scenario for both AOL Time Warner and for the loyal and dedicated fans of the "Thundarr The Barbarian" television series. We implore you to consider and honor our humble request so that we may enjoy the series for years to come and so that we may share that joy with our friends and families.
