Ticketmaster is essentially a monopoly and have ripped off thousands of people. Supposedly running a “first come-first serve” type service that offers you the “best available tickets” they have. This is a lie. Hundreds of people have been first in line and bought fewer tickets than those people behind them in line, yet found that those who bought tickets after them were receiving better tickets than what they were given. Hundreds of people have tried calling Ticketmaster but would receive a busy signal for hours.

And now the website. Setting up presales available only through the internet, making it even more difficult to receive the “best available tickets” when pages crash and can’t be loaded and making it impossible to get the tickets the BUYER wants because there’s no human being to speak to. But does Ticketmaster give them a choice? Of course not, the presales are only through Ticketmaster’s website.

High prices, terrible tickets . . . everyone knows Ticketmaster is ripping people off and have been doing so for years . . . so now we’re saying it by signing this petition.
