To whom it may concern:

This is a petition against the ruling of Manslaughter, by Justice Bruce Duncan, to now 18 year old Toronto teen.

`The convicted teen, who cannot be identified, was charged after he lifted 15-year-old Manny Castillo into the air, turned him and then drove him head first into the ground during a game at a Mississauga school.`

This was a freak accident during a rugby match. This is a contact sport and players all know the dangers of playing the game. Please join this petition and share your opinion and protest the ruling, and invite other supporters. There is an option to write something after you sign the petition please leave only supportive comments for the convicted as well as nothing but respect for the Castillo family and friends. This has been incredibly hard on everyone that witnessed this accident or that know either parties involved.
