Require the MTA to study Metro Subway for Baltimore's Red Line |
To: Governor, General Assembly, MDOTWe the undersigned registered voters and citizens of Maryland do hereby petition the Governor, General Assembly, and Maryland Department of Transportation to require the MTA (Maryland Transit Administration) to study all reasonable alternatives in the Red Line planning process including the MTA’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee (CAC) alternative which calls for heavy rail (Metro Subway) and an alternative alignment temporarily routing the red line along the Yellow Line alignment through Camden Station and north through Penn Station to the Baltimore Museum of Art.
