Ban APC Off The Road

To:  National Highway Transportation Safety Adiministration and Department of Transportation

I as an enthusiast in the performance automotive community step up to petition to ban ALL APC (American Products Company) products from the roads. They are proven to be unsafe, ugly, and poor quality.

As evidence I have viewed and seen how many Altezzas they have recalled:

As an enthusiast I will NEVER use an APC product.

I urge the banning of ALL APC products from every single state and where only international sales can be possible.

Within a huge explosion of the automotive tuning scene came this plague called APC. Their cheap products have been available for anyone to get. They have “riced” out the streets by allowing such young people to buy their Altezzas, which are to be recalled, at about every single Pep-Boys in the nation. This explosion in the automotive scene has caused everyone but REAL Enthusiast to buy APC products.

There should be no sacrifice for quality and some of the products that they make are straight useless. Like “glow in the dark – cigarette adapted fuzzy dice?”

We the undersigned, all call the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT), to ban ALL of APCs products.

Let rice die out and APC along with it!
