We, the undersigned citizens and registered voters of the United States of America, nominate Timothy Woods, as an independent candidate for the office of President of the United States of America and respectfully order that the name Timothy Woods be placed on the ballot, for the election or rejection to such office at the next election, to be held on the 4th day of November, 2008, and each for himself or herself says, I have personally signed this petition.
