Taxpayer Bailout

To:  US Congress

We would like to opportunity for a government bailout. Specifically, we want the United States congressional leaders to pass a law giving Americans the option to take out a one-time only loan in the amount of our choosing up to $50,000 to be repaid through yearly income tax refunds.
