We, the undersigned, petition all the US Japanese animation distributing/dubbing companies to cast voice actress Cristina Vee as one of the four major characters in the anime, "K-on". We feel that, due to her experience and passion for being involved in music in anime, she would be the ideal candidate to cast in the English dubbing of the series. Her "fandubs" of various anime opening themes, ending themes, and "insert songs", have a lot of work and care put into them, and only further prove this point about here abilities to be able to excel in a "music anime".

She has already been casted in a number of English dubbings of anime, including Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Rozen Maiden (including the sequel Rozen Maiden: Traumend), Aika R-16: Virgin Mission, The Familiar of Zero, Blade of the Immortal, Tweeny Witches, as well as many others. (including several video games) Also, she has a video on Youtube called "Cristina Vee- Voice Acting Clips" that I believe tells you all you need to know about her abilities as a voice actress!

So with all that said, we believe that Cristina Vee would be the ideal choice for voice actress in the anime "K-on". In fact, my personal choice for her role would be the lead role "Yui Hirasawa", because of her ability to do "like-sounding" characters, (watch Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha for further evidence of this) however, this is obviously not a requirement, just a preference by the author of this petition and whoever else may agree with me! I think that if the previous is not chosen though, any role where the character does vocals in any band would be highly encouraged because of her previously mentioned experience with vocals in anime songs.

Lastly, when the US anime distributor/studio for this series is eventually chosen, then this petition applies to the distributor/studio for which the rights to this series has been chosen.
