Petition Seeking "Meaningful" Veterans Court

To:  U.S. Congress

We the following do hereby petition the United States Congress to investigate the Court of Appeals for Veterans, and the denial of fair, honest, impartical treatment to America's Veterans in that Court.

The majority of those going before the Court of Appeals for Veterans are Disabled Veterans forced to proceed Pro Se (on their own) because they are unable to hire counsel. Those Veterans find themselves discriminated against, and treated in a bias, and unjust fashion by the Court of Appeals for Veterans.

The Court of Appeals for Veterans encourages VA Attorneys to lie, falisy documents, and commit just about any illegal act, as part of a scheme to cheat Veterans.

We request that the present judges on the Court of Appeals for Veterans be IMPEACHED, and investigated for possible CRIMINAL charges, and that fair, honest, impartical judges, that respect Veterans Rights, be appointed to replace them, and that for the first time in America's History Veterans be afforded an honest, MEANINGFUL, Court to take their benefits claims to.
