We Petition for the cancellation of the Plea bargain agreement struck by the attorneys of Michael Vick on his behalf and in cooperation with Federal Prosecutors that dismisses many serious charges and allows Michael Vick to escape prosecution after pleading guilty to lesser charges of conspiracy and transporting dogs for dogfighting across state lines.
