Rush - Vapor Trails Remaster

We, the undersigned fans, are unanimous in our belief that Vapor Trails is among Rush's finest work. It is a vibrant statement of passion and emotion, and a landmark album in the career of one of the longest lived and most prolific bands. It is the album that many thought would never happen, and its release was greeted with joy and excitement by Rush fans the world over.

However, the brilliance of the music is sadly overshadowed by the production. Heavy-handed compression and limiting have resulted in an album that sounds strangled, beaten, and not up to the usually high standards of a Rush album. The euphoria of hearing new music from our favourite band was only matched by our dismay at the terrible sound quality.
