The Wallaw Cinema in Blyth was closed in 2004, the last screening being "Passion of the Christ". Ferguson's transport currently own the property and it is currently a grade II listed building. However, they are trying to get the listing removed and be given permission to pull it down to make way for new developments.
I personally think the Wallaw is a huge part of Blyth and should not be allowed to be pulled down.
This petition is to upgrade the rating of the building to a Class I listed building, and to deny any requests to pull down.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
