We are students and professionals, young and old, of Westchester, who demand to enjoy the fine flavors of White Castle hamburgers. We are tired of traveling to the far reaches of the North Bronx just to experience the unreal union of onion and beef one more time. No longer are we satisfied with being supersaturated by McDonalds locations and their cholesterol-laden pseudo-meat. No longer are we satisfied with do-it-yourself White Castle burger packs from the frozen-food aisles. They are a nice gesture, but Middle and Southern Westchester demands a location to call its own. It is what we crave.
