New ILA Affinity Group

To:  ILA Board of Directors

To the International Leadership Association (ILA) Board of Directors:

We the undersigned ILA members respectfully request that the ILA create an Affinity Group for Leadership Education Program Directors/Chairs/Deans, consistent with the association bylaws. In contrast to the already active and broader category, Leadership Education MIG (Member Interest Group), this Affinity Group will endeavor to serve the specific needs of program directors/chairs/deans. This new initiative within ILA will provide a more private forum for networking and information sharing among this segment of the ILA membership. Participants in this Affinity Group will create specific opportunities to exchange experiences that advance the ILA’s mission to promote “a deeper understanding of leadership knowledge and practices for the greater good of individuals and communities worldwide.”
