Dear FBI, Clark County Police Department and L.A. Police Department,

We the american people & the hip-hop community need to reopen the murders of two of the greatest Hip-Hop artists and musicians this genre has ever known, the late tupac shakur & Notorious b.i.g., both were killed between september 1996 to March 1997, their murders remained unsolved, we need to reopen them and change hip-hop forever to see who really did these murders and when we will have justice and restore hip-hop again to the world.
