Say NO to the NASA Plan to Spend 100 Billion Dollars to Return to the Moon

To:  U.S. President, U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, and NASA

PETITION AGAINST THE NASA PLAN TO SPEND 100 BILLION DOLLARS TO RETURN TO THE MOON. THERE SHOULD BE A NATIONAL BALLOT TO ALLOW CITIZENS THE OPPORTUNITY TO VOTE FOR OR AGAINST THIS ALLEDGED WASTE OF MONEY. LET PRIVATE ENTERPRISE RETURN TO THE MOON IF THERE IS ANY VALUE IN THIS IDEA. THE UNITED STATES IS IN MASSIVE DEBT AND ADDING TO IT WILL PUNISH TAXPAYERS AND THEIR CHILDREN. THIS IS ALSO A PETITION AGAINST FUTURE MISSIONS TO MARS WHICH HAS AN OVERALL 60% FAILURE RATE.
