60Hz for PAL Wii Virtual Console

Those of us in PAL territories would like to see an option of choosing between 60Hz and 50Hz games for the Wii Virtual Console there are those of us who would like to play the games as they were meant to be played and not the versions that were down sampled to 50Hz when they were originally released in PAL territories.

We would like the option to download the 60Hz version and it should be free if the other version is purchased for example if you were to implement this feature as separate Wii game version for purchase on the Wii Shop and someone purchases the 50Hz version or has purchased the 50Hz version should be able to download the 60Hz version without having to repurchase.
