Stop Manufacturers from Shipping PCs without Windows Disks

To:  HP, IBM Lenovo, E-Machines, & other third parties

Third party PC manufacturers have taken advantage of recovery disks and hard drive recoveries too long. While this seems like a nice idea on paper, in all actuality it causes more headache than ease of use, eliminating the only point for it being that way. It is time to put away PCs without official windows disks. With a vanilla copy of windows included with every bought PC, repairs to computers would be a lot faster, cheaper, and easier for both the owner and the technician of the computer. We sign this petition to end PCs being shipped without vanilla copies of windows and hope to start a standard of companies shipping disks with their systems. This petition is directed at HP, IBM Lenovo, E-Machines, and all the other 3rd party manufacturers that neglect to include actual windows disks with their PCs.
