The petition is for a San Mateo County Ordinance for a limited time of at least three months, or longer if the Board decides to extend the time period to measure:
A temporary ordiance to make San Mateo County Peninsula companies transfer employees to company branches where the employees are closer to home. The employee benefit to have shorter commute to work. Including parent companies transfering to co-owned companies.

The information would serve as a model for San Mateo County government, improvements in pollution control, bay area living, traffic safety and better living conditions. The information would be available to the San Francisco Bay Area Governments to improve the areas.
