Working Holiday Visa

To:  President Barack Obama

The United States currently does not have a "Working-Holiday" visa for tourists and backpackers. It is understandable that Homeland Security implies strict policies to protect its nation from terrorists, though these policies should not be extreme or extensively hinder the travel and tourism of good, decent citizens of ally countries from visiting the United States.

Why make things more difficult for decent, hard-working people?

By signing this petition you are agreeing that the following is true:

1) The USA should have "Working-Holiday" visa contracts with its ally countries as they generously do with the USA. It should extend the same courtesy it is given.

2) The availability of a "Working-Holiday" visa would boost tourism and the economy. This would create more jobs in the long-run and better the quality of life for millions of Americans.

3) Homeland Security can easily decline any visa application submitted by suspect persons, thus causing no more extra work than is already done.
