World of Warcraft : More localized support for players

As you well know Blizzard Entertainment provides localized phone support for most of the western European countries.
For the rest of us that can not use the previously mentioned services, a webform is provided. If one has an account related issue, it eventually gets solved, but that takes a lot more time.
This petition is created to request better localized support for players living in countries in which the phone option is not available.
