Pursuant to Article 8, Section 5 of the Party's bylaws, we, the undersigned delegates to the Libertarian Party's 2008 national convention, find the attempted removal of R. Lee Wrights, At-Large member of the Libertarian National Committee contravenes Bylaws Article 8, Section 5. We affirm his position as At Large Representative and direct that his citation on the LP's site be restored, as well as his access to the LNC-discuss list, immediately.
