We, the undersigned, do hereby petition the Monroe County Commission in support of a mud racing venue that will be located on private land in the Waiteville, WV area.

We are in support of this proposal for the following reasons derived from past experience with similar operations:

1. Promotes local tourism
2. Positively impacts local economy
3. Provides low-cost entertainment for families and people of all ages
4. Excellent fund raising opportunity for religious and civic organizations
