World-Wide Petition Against Terrorism

To:  Secretary General, United Nations

Once again, the United States of America, have joined those nations of the world who live everyday under the tyranny of terrorism.

Countless men, women or children the world over have been murdered, because a hand full of terrorists have chosen violence in lieu of words.

If these horrific acts can be perpetrated against a country with might and resources of the United States, it can happen anywhere in the world. If passengers on domestic and international flights and on cruise ships (remember the Achilles Lauro in the 1980's) can be used as hostages and in the carnage on September 11, 2001, as weapons, then no person on the face of this planet is safe.

We the people of the planet earth, must now demand that the countries of the United Nations, come together to STOP these mindless cowards. We want this stopped. We want to see ACTION, not just hear empty rhetoric.

This signed petition will be sent to the Secretary General of the United Nations. We are calling all people of every nation on this planet to sign this petition. We are also asking that you forward this petition to everyone you know.

On October 1, 2001, we will print and mail this petition to the United Nations. Stand up and be counted.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
