To Microsoft Corporation:

This is a petition to inform Microsoft Corporation of serious failures of their XBOX Console System and a demand that they recognize this problem and repair all XBOX systems FREE of charge.

Numerous customers have sought support services from Microsoft Support for errors including but not limited to the consoles inability to recognize both game CDs and DVDs. This problem occurs with both NEW and used game CDs and DVDs which have no scratches or other defects.

The Microsoft Support Department has continuously rejected any possibility that this may be a defect. We, the undersigned, strongly disagree. We demand that Microsoft recognize this defect and rectify it to the full satisfaction of all its loyal customers.
