If you visit the online catalog of Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys merchandise, youll see that they offer VHS box sets of complete Xena and Hercules seasons. So why not DVD box sets as well? As weve seen from The X-Files, its possible to make a good full-season DVD box set for a relatively small amount of money. By putting four episodes on a disc as opposed to just two, a full season, plus a decent amount of bonuses, can be put on seven discs. The entire box set can be packaged so that it only takes up a space equal to about three standard DVD cases.
