We the Online Community of Yahoo Chat do hereby formally petition the Yahoo Services Adminstration to fix the problem with the frozen chat room list. As abiders of the Yahoo TOS, we demand that the enviroment of our chat services be in fully operational and working order. Enough time has lapsed since the problem first arose in early May 2004, and we have had enough.
