Removal of Global Entertainment

To:  City of Youngstown

Global Entertainment Corporation was hired by the City of Youngstown, OH to manage the Chevrolet Centre, formerly known as the Youngstown Convocation Center. Since opening up in October 2005, the financial projections for the Chevrolet Centre have never met the actual numbers released.

Recently, Global Entertainment Corp. came up $212,000 short in the First quarter of the fiscal year of 2007 {October-December 2006}.

Many people are fed up with the lack of acts brought in by Global, and the horrible financial projections for the center that have never come true.

We, the people of the Mahoning Valley, have the right to inform the City of Youngstown, that we will not tolerate the "lies" of Global Entertainment Corp. and that we want change.

Please consider signing this petition if you would support the removal of Global Entertainment as the management company running the Chevrolet Centre in Downtown Youngstown, OH.
